This quilt pattern is made by Satomi Hoar of Satomi Quilts.
The ON THE ROAD quilt is traditionally pieced and is recommended for intermediate quilters and up. The pattern includes step by step instructions with many diagrams for three sizes: a pillowcase (18” x 18”), a crib (50” x 50”) and a throw (50” x 66”).
The inspiration for this pattern is the colorful VW vans. There are a lot of small pieces to deal with but I designed this pattern using NO applique and NO foundation paper piecing!
