The BEACH DAY quilt is a mix of curved and traditionally pieced design, and is recommended for advanced beginner quilters and up. The pattern includes step by step instructions with many diagrams for three sizes: a crib (39” x 49”), a small throw (51” x 61”) and a large throw (63” x 73”). Also, the pattern comes with paper templates to make wave blocks.
Bring the beach to your home! The inspiration for this patterns is Long Beach Island, New Jersey where I visit every summer. The waves, white sand, the colorful umbrellas and beach towels: I wanted to express the fun and relaxation that I look forward to at the shore.
