This FPP pattern is made by Satomi Hoar of Satomi Quilts. The pattern includes three different sizes (3" x 4 1/2", 4" x 6" and 6" x 9" finished) and they allow you to incorporate the blocks into various projects and use them in different ways. Handmade gifts are always a thoughtful and personal touch, and these Christmas-themed FPP blocks would make delightful presents for family, coworkers, friends, and teachers!
I designed this FPP block as a contribution to the local quilt group's effort to raise money for affordable housing. I used these wonky house blocks and created a tote bag, as shown in the photo, which I then donated to the group.
I have a tutorial on how to make a tote bag using three (3) 3" x 4 1/2" blocks. Make sure to check it out! Click HERE.
